Gambling Websites has nothing to sign up for: no reader logins, newsletters or forms. Some information still moves between your browser and our server, and this policy describes that traffic, the click record made when you use a partner link, and what happens to e-mails readers send us.

Who is responsible

The company deciding how personal data is used here is Towerwind Content FZCO, registered at Dubai Silicon Oasis Headquarters, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Send privacy requests to [email protected]; a subject line starting with “Privacy” helps us find it fast.

Server records

Each page view produces a log line on the web server recording which IP address asked, at what time, for which URL, from which referring page and with which browser string. Requests travel through Cloudflare, a network that absorbs attacks and serves files from a location near you; Cloudflare handles the same request details to do that job. We use the logs for three things only: keeping the pages online, tracing misuse such as scraping or attack attempts, and seeing which guides get read. They are not matched against outside databases to identify individual readers, and they are never sold.

Cookies in brief

Two small first-party cookies are placed on any page you open, and following a /go/ partner link adds a further two. Their names, jobs and expiry dates are in the table on the Cookie policy page. Advertising networks and outside analytics are absent from our code: you will find no GA, no GTM container and no Meta pixel in it.

E-mails from readers

Writing to us shares your e-mail address, any name in your signature and the content of the message. We use these to answer you and to check the page you are reporting. There is no need to attach identity documents, bank screenshots or casino passwords, and please don’t: we would only have to delete them.

The /go/ step

A casino button is first routed via a /go/ path on gamblingwebsites.biz. That step logs the click under a random identifier before forwarding you, which lets the operator credit a later registration to our listing without learning your name from us. Once forwarded, you are browsing the casino itself, and its privacy notice governs whatever it collects; read it before handing over documents or card details.

Storage periods

Raw server logs are rotated and erased after a limited time; totals stripped of IP addresses can stay longer for traffic statistics. Reader e-mails stay in our mailbox while a correction or question is open and are cleared afterwards, except where a record has to be kept to show that an error was fixed or to deal with a legal claim.

What you can ask for

You may request a copy of the information we hold on you, a correction, erasure, or a stop to a particular use. Requests go to the e-mail above; to protect you, we might ask for a detail that links you to the data. Should our reply leave you unhappy, you are free to take the matter to your national privacy watchdog, which for Australians is the OAIC.

Our readership is adults 18+. Information that turns out to come from a minor is erased once we become aware of it.

Revisions

Adding a new tool that touches personal data means updating this page first, before the tool goes live. The header shows when this text was last looked over.
